Terms of Service & Disclaimer
1. Content Aggregation: AI Sentia is a news aggregation and intelligence dashboard. We do not host, own, or claim copyright over the articles, repositories, or videos displayed. All content is sourced from publicly available RSS feeds, APIs, and public data sources.
Fair Use & Copyright: Our use of article headlines, brief summaries, and metadata
falls under fair use principles (UK Copyright Act 1988, US 17 U.S.C. § 107) as:
• Transformative use: We generate AI-powered summaries rather than republishing original text
• Non-commercial educational purpose: Free public service for tech community awareness
• Minimal excerpts: Brief headlines/metadata only, with prominent attribution and direct links
• No market substitution: We drive traffic to original publishers via "Read Article" links
Original publishers retain all rights. Content owners may request removal by contacting
pushpendrahub[at]gmail.com. We will promptly comply with legitimate DMCA takedown requests
or UK copyright complaints within 48 hours.
2. External Links: Clicking links such as "Read Article," "View Code," "Watch Video," "Request Feature," or newsletter links will redirect you to third-party websites (e.g., news publications, GitHub, YouTube, Substack, Tally.so). We are not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of those external sites.
3. Informational Purposes Only: The intelligence gathered and presented on this site — including healthcare, legal, and enterprise AI topics — is for informational purposes only. It should not be considered professional, legal, financial, or medical advice.
Privacy Policy
1. Analytics & Tracking: AI Sentia uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors interact with the dashboard and improve the product. This may include anonymised data such as:
- Pages viewed
- Device type and browser
- Country-level location (non-precise)
- Persona filter selections
- Timeframe selections
- Search usage
- Outbound link clicks
Google Analytics cookies are activated only after you provide consent through the cookie banner displayed on your first visit. You may accept or reject analytics cookies.
No personally identifiable information (such as your name or email address) is collected through Google Analytics.
2. Email Collection & Usage: We collect email addresses only when you voluntarily provide them through:
- Newsletter Subscriptions: Managed via Substack. By subscribing, you agree to receive updates. Please refer to Substack's Privacy Policy for details on how they process your data.
- Feature Requests / Feedback: Managed via Tally.so. If you provide your email address when submitting feedback, it will only be used to communicate regarding your submission. We do not sell, rent, or share your email with third-party marketers.
3. Data Storage: AI Sentia operates using a static JSON database containing publicly available news links and metadata. We do not maintain user accounts, passwords, or personal user databases.
4. External Services: This site relies on third-party services including Google Analytics, Substack, Tally.so, and hosting infrastructure providers. Their data handling practices are governed by their respective privacy policies.
5. Cookieless Analytics & Behavioural Tracking: In addition to consent-based Google Analytics, AI Sentia uses two privacy-preserving, cookieless analytics systems that operate without requiring your consent under GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA:
- Microsoft Clarity (Cookieless Mode): We use Microsoft Clarity with cookieless mode enabled. Clarity collects anonymised behavioural data including heatmaps (aggregated cursor positions and click patterns) and session replays. In cookieless mode, no persistent identifiers or cookies are set. Data is processed in aggregate and cannot be used to identify individual visitors. Please refer to Microsoft's Privacy Statement for full details.
- Cookieless Event Analytics: We collect anonymous, aggregated interaction counts — including page visits, scroll depth milestones (25%, 50%, 75%, 100%), persona filter selections, timeframe changes, and article link clicks. No cookies, device fingerprints, IP addresses, or personal identifiers are stored. Only aggregate counters (e.g. "50% scroll happened 42 times on 2026-03-04") are retained and automatically deleted after 90 days. This processing is conducted on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding how our free service is used, and does not require consent as no personal data is processed.
You may opt out of Microsoft Clarity data collection at any time by visiting clarity.microsoft.com/optout . The cookieless event counters collect no personal data and therefore no opt-out mechanism is required or applicable.
6. Your Rights (UK & EEA Visitors): If you are located in the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, you have rights under data protection law, including the right to withdraw consent to analytics tracking at any time by rejecting cookies or clearing your browser storage.
Machine Translation Disclaimer
1. Automated Translation: As of March 7, 2026, AI Sentia offers multilingual support in 20 languages through automated machine translation powered by Sarvam AI (for Hindi) and Google Gemini 2.5 Flash (for 19 international languages). While we strive for high accuracy, automated translations may contain errors, inaccuracies, or context loss.
2. English as Source Language: All news articles are originally collected and processed in English. Translations are generated from the English summaries and titles using AI language models. For critical information, we recommend referring to the original English content or the source article via the "Read Article" link.
3. Technical & Domain-Specific Content: AI and technology news often contains specialized terminology, product names, brand names, and technical jargon. These may not translate accurately in all languages. Acronyms (e.g., "LLM", "API", "GPU") are typically preserved in their original form. When in doubt, refer to the original source material in English.
4. Translation Quality & Feedback: We continuously monitor and improve translation quality based on user feedback and automated quality checks. Average translation accuracy ranges from 80-95% depending on language and content complexity. For detailed quality metrics and methodology, see our Translation Quality page. If you notice significant translation errors, please report them via our feedback form .
5. No Liability for Translation Errors: We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of machine-translated content. AI Sentia disclaims all liability for:
- Translation inaccuracies: Errors, omissions, misrepresentations, or context loss in translated headlines, summaries, or article titles
- Third-party content: We aggregate publicly available news from third-party sources. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or content of original articles authored by external publishers (OpenAI, Anthropic, ArXiv, news organizations, etc.)
- Direct or indirect damages: Any decisions, actions, or consequences arising from reliance on machine-translated content, including but not limited to professional, business, legal, medical, or financial decisions
- Reputational harm: Misrepresentation of facts, company names, product descriptions, or technical specifications due to translation errors
Users must verify critical information by clicking through to the original English article or the source material linked in each card. Translated content is provided "as-is" for informational and educational purposes only. We provide prominent links to original sources and maintain English as authoritative source language for all content.
